Each summer we reach out to local non-profit organizations to identify existing social service/community needs that can be addressed via the ‘group project’ component of our Signature Program. NPOs submit their needs through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. RFPs are internally reviewed, and qualified projects are provided to the incoming class as a library of projects they can consider for small group projects.

“I liked that I had easy and personal access to the people and the organizations that make an impact in our community. I really appreciated having an opportunity to hear from community leaders and observe their styles. It shifted my understand of what leadership is.”Graduate
Leadership Columbus has really helped me grow both personally and professionally more than I ever could have imagined. I learned an incredible amount about the city and the different roles so many people play in the mosaic of our society. I leave this program having learned an incredible amount and having made such wonderful friends and memories for what will be years to come.Tom Walsh
