Leadership Columbus Partners With The Disney Institute for a Day of Professional Development!!!

Leadership Columbus has partnered with The Disney Institute as it brings its renowned professional development program “The Disney Keys to Excellence” to The Ohio State University’s Blackwell Hotel, 2110 Tuttle Park Place, Columbus, OH  43210, on

Tuesday, September 11th, 2007.  

The Keys Program is a full day of Leadership, Management, Customer Service and Customer Loyalty training with veteran insiders of the Disney organization.  The program provides a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the core principles and best practices that have made Disney successful for over 75 years.
 
Participants will discover Disney success stories, management philosophies and operations that have made the Walt Disney World Resort a benchmark for businesses around the world.
 
The Disney Keys program will showcase four
90-minute sessions:


· Leadership Disney Style
Discover how to drive employee/customer satisfaction and bottom-line results.
 
· Management, Disney Style
Understand the importance of integrating your corporate culture into selection, training and care.
 
· Service, Disney Style
Understand Disney’s world renowned principles for leadership and customer service excellence.
 
· Loyalty, Disney Style
Learn key practices and principles in building
and sustaining loyalty.

Leadership Columbus is Proud to Announce our Class of 2007 Graduates and their Group Project Outcomes!

On June 5th, 2007,  58 individuals graduated from Leadership Columbus and into our community as part of our 33rd class of empowered leaders committed to impacting our future! 

As part of their Leadership Columbus experience, these individuals partnered with 10 non-profit organizations on 9 group projects to impact quality of life in Columbus.  Their efforts addressed significant community issues and challenges and developed innovative and creative solutions regarding them.

As community trustees, they are the well informed, committed and truly passionate leaders that Columbus needs to create a vital and thriving community for current and future generations.
