Leadership Columbus Signature Program

A ten month experience designed to give participants the tools they need to become active and influential leaders in the community.

The program is a balanced combination of retreats, seminars and small group projects. In September, a two day retreat helps participants focus on their personal leadership style and skills. The retreat is complemented by 9 monthly program days that focus on the significant challenges to the Central Ohio region. Issues covered include the economy, diversity, the justice system, public education and human and social service issues.

FOCUS Columbus Two and One-Half Day Orientation Program

FOCUS Columbus gives participants an overview and “insider’s view” of Greater Columbus and potential community leadership opportunities for involvement. This program is ideal for individuals who want to become engaged with the civic agenda. It is also ideal for relocating executives and their spouses or partners who want to “hit the ground running” and become involved quickly in helping shape and direct the future of our community.
