OUR PROGRAMS

Leadership Columbus Signature Program

A ten month experience designed to give participants the tools they need to become active and influential leaders in the community.

The program is a balanced combination of a retreat, monthly program days and a small group project. In September, a two day retreat helps participants focus on their personal leadership style and skills. The retreat is complemented by 9 monthly program days that focus on the significant challenges to the Central Ohio region. FOCUS Columbus Two and One-Half Day Orientation Program

FOCUS Columbus gives participants an overview and "insider's view" of Greater Columbus and potential community leadership opportunities for involvement. It is ideal for relocating executives and their spouses or partners who want to "hit the ground running" and become involved quickly in helping shape and direct the future of our community.

The FOCUS Columbus experience prepares participants to connect with opportunities to make a difference in Columbus—whether it's joining boards, serving on a task force or joining any number of organizations that match your passion for community involvement.

It is important to note that not only is this program ideal for executives and their spouses who are recent "transplants" to the region, but also for those professionals who are expected to take on a broader leadership role as a representative for their company in the community.
