PROGRAM COMPONENTS
Launch Event: The NxGen program begins in January 2023 with a two-day, mandatory Launch Event, held on January 26 and 27. This overnight event creates connection within the group and establishes the foundation necessary to begin the NxGen developmental journey.
Monthly Workshops: Participants engage in monthly workshop days in the content areas mentioned above.
Personal Development Plan: We work with participants to develop an insightful and useful development plan, taking into consideration their employer’s goals and insights gained from their assessment, and their own aims during the duration of the NxGen program.
Assessment: An Emotional Intelligence 360 Assessment is administered prior to program launch. Participants are debriefed as a group to understand the assessment tool and then one-on-one to understand their own results.
Coaching: One-on-one EQ coaching is conducted to better understand the Emotional Intelligence 360 Assessment result and how to apply the new-found knowledge to their own development plan as well as their personal, and professional development in general.
Capstone Project: NxGen participants assist a local nonprofit organization address a systemic barrier or opportunity within their organization.
