Deadline Extended: Requesting Non-Profit Project Proposals

August 29, 2014

Leadership Columbus is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from local non-profits, for consideration by members of the Class of 2015 as the topic/need for a group project.

Group projects are a long-standing component of our ten-month Signature Program. This is the laboratory portion of our curriculum where our annual class divides into small groups and chooses to work on a project/cause about which they care deeply. The goals of the group project experience are to expand our participants’ knowledge of our community’s social services and their respective challenges, and hone his/her specific capabilities and team building skills in addressing a need or formulating a solution.

If you have an organizational or community need that you feel would make for a engaging and relevant group project for the Class of 2015, we encourage you to submit the proposal via the online form.  The form, as well as more information about the group project component and process,  can be found here. The deadline for RFPs is September 12.
